Strategically situated in the entrepreneurial region of La Beauce, RCM Modular was founded in the year 2000 by innovative entrepreneurs. RCM Modular quickly set the benchmark of modular construction in the design and fabrication of large scale workforce housing projects, apartment/ condominium buildings and assisted livings. Our projects have been delivered all over Quebec, Ontario and the North-Eastern United States. RCM is able to export our product efficiently whether it be by train, barge or transport.
Our 110,000 sq. ft. factory has 18 work stations. Every week, we build the equivalent of 8,000 sq. ft. of living area, that is about fifteen modules. Our modular residential and multi-residential solutions are assembled and inspected by highly qualified personnel who keep in mind our high building standards.
Keeping in mind your comfort and durability of our products, we use only superior materials. RCM Modular is in partnership with the Select Novoclimat group thus offering you superior energy saving modular homes.

A few facts marking our history:
- July 2000: Creation of RCM Modular by Gilbert Trudeau, Martin Binet and Christopher Bratty. At that time, the factory employs around forty people including 5 administrators and office staff.
- April 2001: The signing of the first modular commercial contract in the U.S.A. The crew has now 85 workers including 10 in administration.
- June 2006: Conception of a post and beams modular cottage and the production of a first prototype. A ravishing success!
- July 2008: First development and building contract of a non-combustible modular unit SIQ Québec. Building of light metal
and cement frame. - September 2010: Opening of a sales office in Saint-Alphonse-de-Grandby.
